Fourth Space

TPN experiences use 4th spaces, which are a physical space for meaning-making, where the depth of a library meets the warmth of a community hearth. We move beyond the transactional nature of cafes to build local resilience and coherence through intentional conversation. By honoring the individual journey within a consistent, supportive group, we create a 'social greenhouse' where both the person and the community can flourish. They honor the authenticity and uniqueness of each person’s path while fostering deeper bonds thru consistent encounters in supportive holding environment.  

Guilds -

Guilds are the small, focused heartbeats of our network—dedicated soul clusters where individual genius can emerge and be amplified. Each Guild holds a cornerstone of our community life, such as Ethics, Communication, or Volunteering. Think of them as the buoys to our raft: they provide the stability and direction that keep our local network afloat. Using Appreciative Inquiry, power is decentralized, allowing collective wisdom to rise from the group. These are spaces where passions meet purpose, incorporating apprenticeships to ensure that specific wisdom and skills are passed down to the next generation through shared ritual

Appreciative Inquiry

is a strengths-based, collaborative approach to change that focuses on what is already working well in a system rather than on fixing what is "broken". It operates on the principle that organizations grow in the direction of the questions they ask most persistently, It acts as a catalyst for regeneration by shifting the community's focus from "deficit-based" thinking (what we lack) to "generative" thinking (what we can grow).

Genius

Genius is the innate intelligence of all human beings. True genius (as opposed to intellectual genius) is a spontaneous and unstudied creative uniqueness rooted in unconditional love. the natural manifestation of a human life when it is allowed to expand without force. Genius is a hallmark of the Gift frequency band where self-forgiveness leads to a progressive opening of your heart, resulting in an explosion of creative energy throughout your being. The higher the frequency of your DNA rises, the greater your urge will be to use your genius in service to the whole.
